Christian married Dr. J. P. Ewing 1889. Children: Robert Wall, William Rayford and Giles Fredrick.

Sarah Alice Barringer married G. W. McAulay 1875. Children: Marshall Barringer, Georgie Blanche, Edmund Lee, and Sarah Margaret.

Edmund Franklin Barringer married Hattie Lilly 1879. Children: Edmund Spencer, Annie, Pat Lilly, Bessie Belle, Davidson, and Frank Armfield. The father died 1892.

George Hearne, son of Joshua, born in Stanley Co., N. C. 17__. He married __________. Children: Thomas, born Apr. 6, 1807; John Elbert, born Apr. 22, 1809; Eddy, born Sept. 25, 1812; Isaac Newton, born February 8, 1816, died 1853; Alviry, born Feb. 9, 1818; Emeline, born Mar. 15, 1821; Eliza Jane, born Apr. 19, 1828. Isaac Newton Hearne married Susan McAlpin and moved to Cherokee Co., Ala. Children: John Albert, born Nov. 10, 1837; Martha Jane, born Feby. 3, 1840; William Fletcher, born Feby. 19, 1842; Eben A., born Nov. 27, 1843; Susan Elizabeth; Daniel W.; Reuben Patterson; Maryetta, born 1855 or 1856. Susan Elizabeth Hearne married a Nolan, and is now a widow living living at Yarbro, Texas. Maryetta Hearne married a Mr. Cockran, and they live at Navasota, Grimes Co., Texas.

William Fletcher, son of Isaac Newton Hearne, born Feb. 19, 1842; went to Texas when sixteen years of age, entered the Confederate Army at twenty, served three years, came home poor, went to raising cotton, and has been a successful planter ever since. In 1873 he married Miss Kate Caldwell. Children: Maury, Cora, Rodney, Otis, Alpha, Colyer, Buell, John, Elsa, Kate, and O. B. William F. Hearne is a Baptist, and lives near Goldthwaite, Mills Co., Texas, and his postoffice is Payne, the same county. His wife died Dec. 19, 1904.

Eddie, son of George Hearne, married a Miss Dunn, and died in Yell Co., Ark.

Allie, son of George Hearne, married a Miss Munn; died in Cherokee Co., Ala.

Eliza, daughter of George Hearne, married a Mr. Burkett. Children: Mary, married a Mr. Mitchell, a farmer; Charity, married a Mr. Cromwell, also a farmer; Thomas, married a Miss Crowell, and all live near Osceola, Texas.
